Obsahem mé bakalářské práce je, jak již z názvu vyplývá, analýza leasingu v rámci České republiky a zemí Evropské unie. V teoretické části práce bude zpracována problematika leasingu z právního, daňového a účetního hlediska. Pozornost bude zaměřena zejména na charakteristiku českého leasingového trhu, úprava leasingu v Evropské unii bude zmíněna v menším rozsahu. Praktická část bude informovat o hlavních leasingových institucích, které shromažďují a analyzují data pro leasingové statistiky. Jádro praktické části bude představovat analýza vývoje leasingového trhu v České republice a v zemích Evropské unie. Pozorovanými oblastmi budou: trend vývoje trhu, preference produktů a zaměření zákazníků - komoditní i podnikatelské. Analytická část bude zakončena srovnáním leasin-gového trhu v České republice a v Evropské unii. |

The content of my bachelor thesis is, as the title implies, analysis of leasing in the Czech Republic and the European Union countries. Leasing in terms of legal, taxation and ac-counting will be processed in the theoretical part of my thesis. Attention will be focused on the characteristics of Czech leasing market; amendment to leasing in European Union will be mentioned in shorter range. Practical part of thesis will inform readers about general leasing associations, which collect and analyze data to make leasing statistics. A merit of the practical part will represent analysis of leasing market development in the Czech Re-public and the European Union countries. Market development tendency, product prefer-ences and customer orientation - commodity and entrepreneurial will be observed sections. Practical part will be ended up by comparison of leasing market in the Czech Republic and The European Union. |
