dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je zavedení procesu zásobování ve společnosti BVM s.r.o. s cílem zlepšit stávající situaci v hospodaření se zásobami s důrazem na minimalizaci ná-kladů a maximalizaci jakosti. Práce se skládá ze tří na sebe navazujících částí. V první části budou popsána teoretická východiska pro řešení daného problému. Dalším bodem bude analýza současného stavu, zahrnující stručný popis společnosti a především procesní analýza stavu zásobování, která bude sloužit jako základ pro zavedení nového procesu. Ve třetí části navrhnu pomocí me-tod průmyslového inženýrství nový proces řízení zásobování a s využitím kontrolních me-tod ověřím proveditelnost daného návrhu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is the implementation process in the supply of BVM Ltd. in order to improve the existing situation in the administration of resources with an emphasis on minimizing costs and maximizing the quality of assets. The work consists of three integrated parts. The first part described the theoretical background for solving the problem. Another point is the current state analysis, including a brief description of a particular point of analysis of supply, which will serve as the basis for the introduction of a new process. The third part proposes using new methods of industrial engineering and supply management process using the control methods verify the feasibility of the proposal.	en
