Cílem této diplomové práce je zefektivnit stávající systém hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů ve společnosti FLY UNITED, s.r.o. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného sta-vu systému hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů ve společnosti FLY UNITED, s.r.o, která je důležitá pro udržení konkurenceschopné pozice na trhu cestovního ruchu. Podstatnými bo-dy této diplomové práce je zpracování literárních pokladů zaměřených na problematiku vý-běru a hodnocení dodavatele. Druhá část této práce zahrnuje charakteristiku samotné ces-tovní agentury a odvětví spolu s identifikací nejvýznamnějších finančních ukazatelů a je zde rovněž i analýza současného stavu systému výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů. V závěru di-plomové práce jsou uvedena doporučení vedoucí k dalšímu zkvalitnění současného systému hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů. |

The aim of the present thesis is to improve the effectiveness of the current supplier rating and selection procedure at FLY UNITED, s.r.o. The thesis focuses on an analysis of the current supplier rating and selection procedure at FLY UNITED, s.r.o., vital to maintaining the competitive position in the travel industry market. The essential points of the thesis con-sist in processing the underlying literature relevant to the issue of supplier selection and rating. The second part of the thesis includes a characteristic of the travel agency itself and the industry along with identifying the crucial financial indicators, also providing an analysis of the current status of the procedure of supplier selection and rating. The final section con-tains suggestions for further quality improvements in the current procedure of supplier ra-ting and selection. |
