Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat charakteristikou distančního elektrického paralyzéru TASER. V teoretické části se pokusím objasnit princip jeho činnosti, varianty použití a další aspekty související s jeho použitím. Dále bych chtěl přiblížit jeho soudobé i předešlé konstrukční varianty a zhodnotit jejich účinky na člověka nebo zvíře, zdůvodnit efektivnost použití TASERu včetně možných rizik. V praktické části se pokusím vypracovat a zdůvodnit varianty uplatnění TASERu v profesní obraně pracovníka PKB. |

In my Bachelor's Work I am dealing with the characteristics of the distance electric TASER paralyser. In the theoretical part I will try to clear up the principle of its operation, versions, application and further aspects connected with its application. Further I would like to deal in more details its present and also former construction versions and to evaluate their effect on a human being or an animal, to reason the efficiency of TASER application inclusively the possible risks. In the practical part I will try to work out and reason the versions of TASER application in the professional defence of a PKB worker. |
