dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je důkladně analyzovat vývoj cen nemovitostí za posledních 10 let. Bakalářská práce bude rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část bude sloužit jako teoretický podklad pro provedení následující analýzy. Druhá, praktická část bude věnována samotné analýze realitního trhu, ve které podrobně rozeberu vývoj cen nejzákladnějších druhů nemovitostí. Tedy stavebních pozemků, rodinných domů a bytů. Důležitou částí ana-lýzy bude zhodnocení, jak se ceny nemovitostí chovají v současné hospodářské krizi. Vý-stupem této práce bude predikce očekávaného vývoje cen nemovitostí v nejbližší budouc-nosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor work is carefully analyze development of properties prices in last 10 years. The Bachelor work will be divided into two main parts. First part will serve as theoretic al source for production following analysis. Second, practical part will pay atten-tion to separate analysis estate market, in which I will analyze a development of prices of the most basic kinds of properties, for example plots, detached houses and flats. Evaluation will be important part of analysis, how the prices of properties are behaved in current eco-nomic crisis. Foresight of expected development prices of properties will be to exit this work in the nearest future.	en
