dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou informačního systému pro proces náboru personálu do ozbrojených sil České republiky s ohledem na požadavky resortu. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a vytvořit intranetovou webovou aplikaci pro zpracování agendy procesu náboru a výběru uchazečů o služební poměr v ozbrojených silách České republiky. Aplikace by měla zpřehlednit a zrychlit stávající systém, který v současné době již nesplňuje potřebné požadavky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the creation of an information system for the process of recruiting personnel for the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic with regard to the requirements of the Department. The aim of this work is to design and create an intranet web application for processing the agenda of recruitment and selection process of applicants for service in the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. Applications should streamline and accelerate the existing system, which currently no longer meets the necessary requirements.	en
