Tato diplomová práce je v teoretické části zaměřená na sociální stát obecně. V praktické části popisuje vývoj sociálního státu v Německu ke konci 20. století. Zaměřuje se zejména na systém sociální ochrany v Německu. Tento systém zahrnuje sociální pojištění, sociální pomoc, sociální podporu sociálně slabých a podporu rodin s dětmi. Významná část je také věnována penzijním reformám, rodinné politice, politice předcházení chudobě a na závěr jsou zmíněny také perspektivy sociálního státu v Německu v době globalizace. |

The thesis in its theoretical part is concentrated on the social state in general. In the practical part the development of the social state in the Germany at the end of 20th century is described. It concentrates especially on the system of the social protection in Germany. This system includes social insurance, social help, and social support of underprivileged. The essential part is dedicated to the pension reforms, family policy, and poverty avoiding policy. In conclusion the perspective of the social state in the Germany during globalization is mentioned. |
