Cílem této diplomové práce je pokusit se navrhnout doporučení dalších kroků vedoucích ke zlepšování stavu Celní správy České republiky, zvyšování efektivity činnosti Celní správy a zlepšení organizace jednotlivých agend vykonávaných Celní správou. Teoretická část práce seznamuje v obecné rovině s Celní správou České republiky, je zde popsána její organizační struktura, včetně zhodnocení funkčnosti a efektivnosti této organizační struktury. Praktická část práce popisuje hlavní procesy a činností vykonávané Celní správou, identifikuje silné stránky a příležitostí ke zlepšení popsané organizační struktury a popsaných hlavních procesů a činností, dále jsou zde navržena doporučení ke zlepšování současného stavu Celní správy a zvyšování efektivity činnosti Celní správy. |

The aim of this thesis is an attempt to propose recommendations for further steps leading to improving the status of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, increasing the effectiveness of Customs Administration activities and improving the organization of individual transactions performed by the Customs Administration. The theoretical part of this work presents the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic at a general level, describing its organizational structure, including evaluating the functionality and effectiveness of this organizational structure. The practical section of the work describes the main processes and activities performed by the Customs Administration, identifies the strong points and opportunities for improving the described organizational structure and main processes and activities, as well as proposing recommendations for improving the current status and increasing the effectiveness of the Customs Administration. |
