Cílem této diplomové práce je hodnocení společnosti MESIT ronex, spol. s.r.o. na základě ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Celá práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vysvětlena problematika finanční výkonnosti společnosti. V praktické části je analyzována finanční výkonnost společnosti MESIT ronex, spol. s.r.o. a popsána majetková a finanční struktura. Na jejím základě je provedena optimalizace kapitálové struktury a navrhnuto celkové zadlužení podniku. |

The aim of this graduation work is dealing with a classification of MESIT ronex - Ltd company, based on the finantial analysis indicators. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part offers an explanation concerning problems of the finantial efficiency of the company. The practical part consists of the analysis of the finantial efficiency of the company and describes its property and finantial structure. On the basis of this finantial analysis, the optimization of the capital structure along with the subsequent suggestion of the total debt of the company is carried out. |
