dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je Analýza spokojenosti občanů s prací Magistrátu města Přerova.V teoretické části je představen Magistrát města Přerova a jsou zde uvedeny mode-ly a metody v řízení jakosti ve veřejné správě. Praktickou část tvoří vlastní výzkum - šetření spokojenosti občanů/zákazníků s prací Magistrátu města Přerova, následuje zpracování a vyhodnocení výsledků šetření spokojenosti občanů/zákazníků s prací Magistrátu města Přerova. V závěru práce jsou nastíněny náměty a doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu spokojenosti občanů/zákazníků s prací Magistrátu města Přerova. Cílem této práce je zjistit spokojenost občanů/zákazníků s prací Magistrátu města Přerova a navrhnout náměty a doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of this graduation theses is Anylysis of citizen satisfaction with the functioning of the municipal authorities in Přerov. The municipal authorities are presented in the theory part and there are introduced models and methods of quality control in a public service. In the practical part is presented own research - a survey of satisfaction of citizens/customers with the work of the municipal authorities in Prerov, follows a processing and an evaluation of the results of the survey of satisfaction of citizens/customers with the work of the muni-cipal authorities in Prerov. In the end of the theses are proposed suggestions and recom-mendations for improvement of the present state of satisfaction of citizens/customers with the work of the municipal authorities in Prerov. The goal of this theses is to find out satisfaction of citizens/customers with the work of the municipal authorities in Prerov and to propose suggestions and recommendations for im-provement of the present state.	en
