V této práci je rozebrána problematika výcviku v profesní obraně pracovníků v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. První část pojednává o právním prostředí, jsou zde definovány základní pojmy týkající se práva vhodného pro pracovníky v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Práce se dále věnuje sebeobraně a jejímu vztahu k profesní obraně. Je zde popsaná terminologie používaná při nácviku technických prvků v profesní obraně. Práce hovoří o obranných situacích a jsou zde obecně popsány taktické zásady. Analytická část specifikuje současný stav v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti pomocí výzkumu. Hlavní část popisuje konkrétní techniky v profesní obraně a je doložená obrazovým materiálem. Diplomová práce obsahuje dvoustupňový výcvikový plán, který by měl mít využití ve všech sektorech v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. |

In this master thesis, the problems of the worker's professional defense training in the commercial security industry are discussed. The first part deals with juridical environment; the basic terms related to a law suitable for employees in the commercial security industry are defined. This work also presents a self-defense and its attitude towards the professional security. You can find here the terminology used by the training of technical units in the professional defense. The thesis also discusses defense situations, and tactical principles are generally described here. Analytic part specifies the present state in the commercial security industry through the use of the research. Main part describes specific techniques in the professional defense and is supported by picture documents. The master thesis contains two-stage training plan which should be useful in all commercial security industry sectors |
