dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení projektu interní komunikace Policie ČR ve Zlíně. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou teorie komunikace se zaměřením na interní komunikaci. Praktická část obsahuje krátké představení Okresního ředitelství Policie ČR ve Zlíně, dále seznamuje s výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu mezi policisty, na jehož základě bude analyzována současná úroveň interní komunikace. Závěrečná část obsahuje vypracování projektu interní komunikace, vyčíslení nákladů na projekt a identifikuje rizika, která mohou projekt ohrozit.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis aims to design a project of internal communication by Police ČR in Zlín. The theoretical part deals with problems of communication theory with a view to internal communication. The practical part includes short introduction of the District Front Office of Police ČR in Zlín, then acquaints with questionnaire inquiry among the policemen, on whose base will be analysed present - day level of internal communication. Finally, the thesis sets out the project of internal communication, accounting of costs on the project and identifying the risk, which threaten it.	en
