Bakalářská práce se zabývá outsourcingem, jednou z metod moderního řízení podniku. Teoretická část popisuje druhy klasifikací nákladů v manažerském účetnictví, zabývá se problematikou a důsledky, které jsou spojené s vyčleněním podnikové činnosti. Praktická část se, mimo analýzy nákladů, snaží poukázat na klady i zápory tohoto procesu ve skladu základních materiálů podniku Barum Continental. Tato část je doplněna o kalkulaci nákladů dvou rozdílných variant určených k outsourcingu. Závěr práce hodnotí budoucí přínos, který by plynul ze zavedení outsourcingového procesu. |

The bachelor work deals with outsourcing, one of the methods of the modern enterprise management. The theoretical section describes the kinds of the costs in the managerial ac-countancy, it deals with the problems and consequences that are connected with the seve-rance of the enterprise activity. The practical section tries to refer except the cost analysis also to positive and negative aspects of this process in the store of the elementary kinds of material in the Barum Continental enterprise. This part is supplemented with the evaluation of the costs of two various versions being intended to outsourcing. The conclusion of the work evaluates the future benefit that would flow from the introduction of the outsourcing process. |
