Cílem diplomové práce je na základě teoretických poznatků vypracovat projekt řešící optima-lizaci rozvozových tras firmy SORIN s.r.o. Diplomovou práci jsem rozdělila na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem se snažila vypracovat literární poznatky, které se týkají zejména operačního výzkumu a distribučních modelů. V praktické části jsem zpracovala charakteristiku firmy SORIN s.r.o. a analýzu současného stavu se zaměřením na distribuci. Cílem projektu bylo vymezit současné rozvozové trasy, stanovit stávající náklady jednotlivých rozvozových tras, stanovit optimální cestu rozvozu tak, aby byly uspokojeny požadavky odběratelů a zhodnotit, zda optimalizací trasy došlo k úspoře nákladů. |

The aim of Master thesis is on the theoretical knowledges labour the project, which will solve the optimalization of distribution ways of SORIN, Ltd. I have divided this thesis into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical one I have tried to elaborate pieces of knowledge intenting on the subject of operations research and dis-tributive transportation models. In practical part, I exploit characteristics of SORIN, Ltd and the analysis of current conditions in the company with focus on transport division. Strategy aim of project is to specify the cur-rent distribution ways, determine the current costs of distribution ways, determine optimum way delivery so, to were to be complacent requirements of customers and valorize, whether optimalization ways come to saving loads. |
