dc.description.abstract	Úkolem této diplomové práce je podat podrobnou charakteristiku současného stavu na tuzemském factoringovém trhu. Práce je členěna na tří hlavní části. V teoretické části je řešena všeobecná problematika pohledávek ve spojitosti s factoringovým financováním a dále samotné téma factoringu. Praktická část se zabývá vznikem factoringu v ČR a postupuje až do současnosti s důrazem na poslední tři roky. Také se věnuje stručnému popisu všech nejvýznamnějších factoringových společností na českém trhu. V závěrečné projektové části se na základě dvou dotazníkových šetření zjišťují nejaktuálnější údaje. Následné zpracování nabídek od factoringových společností, výběr nejideálnější a porovnání s bankovním úvěrem vede k rozhodnutí o nejvhodnější formě financování pro imaginárního klienta.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of this diploma is to inform very closely about the current situation at the czech domestic factoring market. Diploma itself consists of three significant parts. The theoretical part solves generally a task of claims in connectedness to factoring finance. The analytical one begins with factoring's birth and continuing to the present. The emphasis was placed on the period of last three years. Characteristic of the most important czech factors is involved, too. The project part is based on two questionnaires in which actual informations are acquired. Factor's offers are compiled, the most convenient is selected and subsequently compared to a bank loan. The best financing is chosen.	en
