dc.description.abstract	V této diplomové práci je zpracován projekt na recertifikace normy ISO řady 9000 ve společnosti Hvězda - občanské sdružení. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o systému managementu jakosti. Zaměřuji se zde hlavně na řízení jakosti, normy ISO řady 9000 a jakost ve službách. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou systému managementu jakosti ve firmě a zpracováním projektu. Projekt se zaměřuje hlavně na optimalizaci dokumentů a proces hodnocení dodavatelů. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny náklady na projekt a přínosy pro společnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis proposes the project of recertification ISO norm 9000 in the company Hvězda - občanské sdružení. The theoretical part contains information about quality management system. In this part I aim especially at quality management, ISO norms 9000 and quality in services. In the practical part I deal with analysis of quality management system in the company and processing of project. Project aims especially at optimalization of documents and supplier evaluation's process. At the end of this part are evaluated costs and contributions for the company.	en
