dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá přístupy k měření výkonnosti podniku. V první části jsou popsány důvody využívání ukazatelů k měření výkonnosti podniku. Dále jsou zde popsány klasické přístupy k měření výkonnosti podniku a po té jsou popsány moderní měřítka k výkonnosti podniku, která se snaží odstranit nevýhody klasických ukazatelů. V druhé části je zhodnocena výkonnost společnosti Skanska DS a.s. nejdříve pomocí klasických měřítek v rámci finanční analýzy a následně pomocí moderních měřítek včetně naznačeného postupu výpočtu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is dealing with the approaches to measurement of the company performance. In the first part are described the reasons for using these measures. Than are described the classical approaches to measurement of the company performance and than are described the modern approaches to these purpose, which try to remove disadvantages of the classical indicators. In the second part of my thesis is evaluated the performance of the company Skanska DS a.s. first by the help of the classical measures in terms of financial analyses and subsequently by the help of modern measures including the process of their calculation.	en
