dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt implementace Balanced Scorecard pro společnost Vítex CZ, což je malá výrobní firma s hlavním předmětem výroby pleteného ošacení. Firma doposud nevyužívala žádných nástrojů k měření a řízení výkonnost podniku, proto projekt bude prvním, který je pro firmu navržen. V první teoretické části budou vysvětleny hlavní aspekty řízení výkonnosti podniku a podrobněji bude popsaná teorie metody Balanced Scorecard. Ve druhé analytické části bude představena firma Vítex CZ, seznámíme se s výsledky Porterovy analýzy, Pest analýzy, SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy podniku. Výsledky ozřejmí současnou situaci, ve které se podnik nachází. Dále pak je navrhnout samotný projekt implementace se všemi jeho aspekty a návrhy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to create project of Balanced Scorecard implementation in Vítex CZ, that is small company with the business aim of the production of Knitted Goods. Up to now the company hasn't used modern tool of strategic management. This project will be first, that will be brough in for company. In theory part is explained some aspect of the performance management and in detail is introduced Balanced Scorecard. In second part Vítex CZ company will be introduced. This part presents the result of Porter analysis, Pest analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. Resultes clear up the position of the company. At the end of this dissertation is composed of the Balanced Scoreracd implementation with all its aspect and proposal.	en
