Tato bakalářská práce prezentuje výsledky finanční analýzy podniku XY, s.r.o Cílem této práce bylo poskytnou informace o celkové finanční situaci podniku, o jejím vývoji v letech 2000 - 2004 a pokusit se navrhnout určitá opatření pro zlepšení výchozího stavu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se jsou popsány zdroje, účel, postupy a metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na údaje podniku XY, s.r.o Závěrečná část pak obsahuje zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků včetně návrhů a doporučení pro další činnost podniku. |

This bachelor thesis presents results of a financial analysis of the company XY, s.r.o The purpose of this thesis was giving information about all financial situation of the company, about its development in years 2000 - 2004 and trying to suggest some specific precaution for improving the initial situation. The thesis is devided into two parts. In the theoretic part sources, a purpose, processes and methods of a financial analysis are described. In the practical part teoretic pieces of knowledge are applied to data of the company XY, s.r.o Final part contains valorizing of finding results inclusiv of proposals and recommandations for next company activities. |
