dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou sil a prostředků Armády České republiky, které jsou vyčleňovány k podpoře Integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení mimořádných událostí, se zvláštním zaměřením na povodně. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit připravenost a schopnost efektivního nasazení těchto sil a prostředků a zároveň navrhnout opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zefektivnění jejich využití v praxi. Ke zpracování byly aplikovány metody literární rešerše, explanace, komparace a analýzy. Výsledky provedené analýzy ukazují, že Armáda České republiky představuje v krizových situacích významnou oporu, avšak určité rezervy přetrvávají zejména v oblasti rychlosti nasazení a koordinace se složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému. Navržená doporučení mohou přispět ke zvýšení celkové akceschopnosti a připravenosti systému ochrany obyvatelstva v kontextu povodňových událostí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the forces and resources of the Army of the Czech Republic, which are allocated to support the Integrated Rescue System in dealing with emergencies, with a special focus on floods. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the readiness and capability of effective deployment of these forces and resources and at the same time to propose measures that could contribute to their more effective use in practice. The methods of literature search, exploration, comparison and analysis were applied. The results of the analysis show that the Army of the Czech Republic is a significant support in crisis situations, but certain reserves remain, especially in the area of speed of deployment and coordination with the Integrated Rescue System. The proposed recommendations may contribute to increasing the overall operational capability and preparedness of the population protection system in the context of flood events.
