dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem rizik spojených s archivací a skartací zdravotnické dokumentace ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Teoretická část práce popisuje související pojmy a legislativní rámec řešené problematiky ve zdravotnictví. Praktická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou vybraného zdravotnického zařízení a dále se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik, zahrnující popis aktuální situace, definování rizik a jejich ohodnocení. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení rizik a doporučení k ošetření zjištěných nedostatků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of risks associated with archiving and shredding of medical documentation in a selected medical facility. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the related concepts and the legislative framework of the issue in healthcare. The practical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the selected healthcare facility and further focuses on the risk analysis, including a description of the current situation, defining the risks and their evaluation. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of risks and recommendations for treatment of the identified deficiencies.
