dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou normování práce ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je na základě určení časové náročnosti balicích operací a identifikace reálného využití pracovní doby stanovit objektivní normy času a cenu práce za jednotku. Teoretická část definuje pojmy: norma, standardizace, normování práce a metody měření spotřeby času apod. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost, následně popisuje provedené měření výkonu balení (kusy za čas) a analyzuje strukturu pracovní doby pomocí snímků pracovního dne. Výsledkem jsou stanovené normy času a výpočet ceny práce pro jednotlivé produkty, využitelné pro potřeby konkrétního podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labour standardization in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to determine objective time standards and the price of labour per unit on the basis of determining the time intensity of packaging operations and identifying the real use of labour time. The theoretical part defines the terms: norm, standardization, labour standardization and methods of measuring time consumption, etc. The practical part first introduces the company, then describes the measurement of packaging performance (units per time) and analyses the structure of working time using snapshots of the working day. As a result, time standards and labour cost calculations are established for each product, applicable to the needs of a specific company.
