dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou procesu expedice ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Expedice je klíčovou fází logistického řetězce, která výrazně ovlivňuje spokojenost zákazníků a výkonnost podniku. Hlavním cílem práce bylo detailně zmapovat současný stav procesu expedice hotových výrobků, identifikovat neefektivní oblasti a navrhnout konkrétní opatření. V teoretické části je popsána problematika logistiky, řízení procesů, distribuční logistiky, skladování a expedice. Praktická část využívá kombinaci kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod, včetně procesní analýzy, přímého pozorování, rozhovorů a snímkování. Výsledkem práce je soubor doporučení směřující ke zkrácení časové náročnosti jednotlivých operací v oddělení expedice, lepšímu využití skladových kapacit a zvýšení produktivity práce zaměstnanců.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the shipping process in the selected manufacturing company. Shipping is a key stage of the logistics chain that significantly affects customer satisfaction and company performance. The main goal of the thesis was to map the current state of the shipping process in detail, identify areas of inefficiency, and propose specific measures. The theoretical part describes the issues of logistics, process control, distribution logistics, warehousing and shipping. The practical part uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including process analysis, direct observation, interviews and imagery. The result of the work is a set of recommendations aimed at reducing the time of individual operations in the shipping department, better utilisation of warehouse capacity and increasing employee productivity.
