dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivačních prvků vybrané organizace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky zaměřující se především na motivaci a její členění, vybrané teorie motivace a motivační prvky. V druhé části je představena vybraná organizace, její organizační struktura a motivační prvky, které nabízí zaměstnancům. Prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s jednatelkou společnosti a zaměstnanci byl uskutečněn sběr dat. Následně proběhlo jejich vyhodnocení pomocí tematické analýzy. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření byla rovněž zpracována SWOT analýza. Prostřednictvím vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření byly navrženy doporučení pro vybranou organizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of motivational elements in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part presents theoretical knowledge, mainly focusing on motivation and its classification, selected motivation theories, and motivational elements. The second part introduces the selected organization, its organizational structure, and the motivational elements it offers to its employees. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the company's managing director and employees and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis. A SWOT analysis was also prepared based on the results of the research. Through the evaluation of the research investigation, recommendations for the selected organization were proposed.
