dc.description.abstract	Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá nástrojmi umelej inteligencie a ich potenciálom zvýšiť uplatniteľnosť absolventov na trhu práce. Práca kombinuje teoretické poznatky o umelej inteligencii, jej vývoji a využití v rôznych odvetviach, so zisteniami z dvoch výskumov. Prvý výskum je založený na rozhovoroch s personalistami a "headhuntermi" (lovcami talentov), ktorí poskytli pohľad na aktuálne náborové procesy a vnímanie umelej inteligencie v ich náplni práce. Druhý výskum, realizovaný prostredníctvom dotazníkového prieskumu, mapoval skúsenosti absolventov s využívaním nástrojov umelej inteligencie v oblasti profesijného rozvoja. Výsledky ukázali, že potenciál umelej inteligencie v tejto oblasti je značný, avšak reálny vplyv na zvýšenie uplatniteľnosti absolventov nie je štatisticky významný. Na základe zistení sú v práci navrhnuté konkrétne odporúčania pre študentov/absolventov a vzdelávacie inštitúcie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis addresses artificial intelligence tools and their potential to increase graduates' employability in the labour market. The thesis combines theoretical knowledge about artificial intelligence, its development and use in different sectors, with findings from two research studies. The first research is based on interviews with recruiters and head-hunters who provided insights into current recruitment processes and their professional perceptions of AI. The second research, conducted through a questionnaire survey, mapped graduates' experiences of using AI tools in their professional development. The results showed that the potential of AI in this area is considerable but its real impact on increasing graduates' employability is not statistically significant. Based on the findings, specific recommendations for students/graduates and educational institutions are proposed in this thesis.
