dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze konkurenceschopnosti vybraného hotelu. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat aktuální stav konkurenceschopnosti hotelu v obci Ostravice a charakterizovat nabídku hotelových služeb. Řešení budou také zahrnovat návrhy na zvýšení obsazenosti hotelu. Teoretická část poskytuje hlubší informace o hotelnictví a jeho historii. Dále rozebírá kategorie hotelů, nabízené služby, trendy v hotelnictví a řízení hotelového provozu. Praktická část představuje vybraný hotel, jeho umístění a cílovou skupinu. Analyzuje obsazenost hotelu za posledních 5 let a počítá klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti. Zvolená problematika je řešena určitými vybranými metodami jako je SWOT analýza, benchmarking, Porterova analýza pěti sil nebo PESTLE analýza. Na základě výsledků uvedených analýz jsou navrhnuta řešení na zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the competitiveness of a selected hotel. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the competitiveness in Ostravice municipality and describe the hotel services offered. The proposed solutions will also include suggestions to increase the hotels occupancy rate. The theoretical part provides deeper information about the hotel industry and its history. It also discusses hotel categories, offers services, trends in the hotel industry and hotel operations management. The practical part presents the selected hotel, its location and target group. It analyzes the hotels occupancy over the past five years and calculates key performance indicators. The chosen issue is addressed using selected methods such as SWOT analysis, benchmarking, Porters Five Forces analysis, and PESTLE analysis. Based on the results of these analyses, solutions for improvement are proposed.
