dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího kalkulačního systému a návrh na jeho zlepšení. Pro identifikaci nedostatků byla nejdříve provedena analýza řízení nákladů a kalkulačního systému, následně došlo k vyhodnocení těchto nedostatků. Jako jedna z největších chyb stávajícího systému se jeví nekalkulování nepřímých nákladů do nabídek pro zákazníky. V návrhu nového kalkulačního systému firmy byl tento nedostatek odstraněn. Tento návrh tak zefektivňuje řízení nákladů vybrané firmy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the existing calculation system and a proposal for its improvement. To identify the shortcomings, first a cost control analysis was carried out and costing system, followed by an evaluation of these shortcomings. One of the biggest flaws of the existing system appears to be the failure to calculate indirect costs into quotations to customers. In the design of the company's new costing system, this deficiency was eliminated. This proposal thus streamlines the cost management of the selected firm.
