dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací konferenčních místností pro IT společnost s cílem zlepšit stávající stav IT vybavení v zasedacích místnostech. V teoretické části je uveden přehled moderních technologií a trendů v oblasti konferenčních systémů, včetně analýzy potřeb uživatelů a ergonomických požadavků na návrh konferenčních místností. Dále je popsán výběr vhodného hardwaru a softwaru s důrazem na zabezpečení dat. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu konferenčních místností v konkrétní IT společnosti, kde jsou identifikovány klíčové nedostatky a potřeby. Na základě této analýzy je vypracován návrh komplexního konferenčního systému, který zahrnuje doporučení pro nové vybavení a integraci komunikačních technologií. Implementace navrženého systému směřuje ke zvýšení efektivity a kvality pracovních setkání, což vede k lepšímu využití konferenčních místností a zvýšení produktivity zaměstnanců.
