dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza motivace zaměstnanců vybraného úřadu s rozšířenou působností. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců a následný návrh opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současné situace. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První je část teoretická, která se zabývá teoretickými poznatky z oblasti motivace a motivačních teorií. Jsou zde uvedeny i poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a odměňování pracovníků. Druhou částí je část praktická, kde je popsán úřad, o kterém je tato práce psána. Tato část obsahuje již samotnou analýzu motivace, která je realizována formou osobního rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by mohli zlepšit motivaci zaměstnanců na úřadě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of employee motivation in selected municipality with extended powers. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of employee motivation and propose measures for improving the current situation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, focusing on theoretical knowledge in the field of motivation and motivational theories. It also includes insights into human resource management and employee remuneration. The second part is practical, describing the municipal authority which this thesis is written about. This section contains the actual analysis of motivation, conducted through personal interview and questionnaire surveys. In the conclusion of the thesis, suggestions and recommendations are provided that could enhance employee motivation within the office.
