dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou migrace uprchlíků do České republiky v roce 2022 a úlohou humanitárních organizací v řešení této krize. Práce poskytuje teoretický rámec pro pochopení migrace a její regulace, charakteristiku humanitární pomoci a role různých organizací v jejím poskytování. V praktické části jsou analyzovány statistiky migrace, postoj české veřejnosti a charakteristiky ukrajinských uprchlíků. Na základě získaných dat práce porovnává pomoc poskytnutou uprchlíkům ze strany státního a neziskového sektoru. V závěru jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení současného systému na základě identifikovaných příležitostí a nedostatků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the issue of refugee migration to the Czech Republic in 2022 and the role of humanitarian organisations in addressing this crisis. The thesis provides a theoretical framework for understanding migration and its regulation, the characteristics of humanitarian aid and the role of various organizations in its provision. The practical part analyses migration statistics, the attitude of the Czech public and the characteristics of Ukrainian refugees. Based on the data obtained, the thesis compares the assistance provided to refugees by the state and non-profit sectors. Finally, measures for improving the current system are proposed based on the identified opportunities and shortcomings.
