dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti ukrytí obyvatelstva a jejich informovanost při jaderném útoku. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy a právní ukotvení z vybrané problematiky. Dále je zde charakterizován vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva z pohledu ohrožení zbraněmi hromadného ničení a způsoby ochrany proti nim. Na základě varování obyvatelstva při mimořádné události se práce zabývá evakuací a hledáním vhodného úkrytu. Praktická část pojednává o současném stavu úkrytů v lokalizované městské části Zlín - Jižní Svahy a provádí analýzu informovanosti obyvatelstva pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem je na základě výsledků zhodnotit úroveň informovanosti občanů v dané lokalitě a navrhnout zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of sheltering the population and their awareness during a nuclear attack. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and legal aspects related to the selected issue. Furthermore, the development of civil protection is characterized in terms of the threat posed by weapons of mass destruction and the methods of protection against them. Based on the warning of the population during an emergency, the thesis addresses evacuation and the search for suitable shelters. The practical part discusses the current state of shelters in the localized urban area of Zlín - Jižní Svahy and conducts an analysis of the population's awareness through a questionnaire survey. The goal is to evaluate the level of awareness among citizens in the given locality based on the results and propose improvements.
