Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pandemie Covid-19 a to v oblasti zdravotnictví. V práci je pospán obecně krizový management, legislativa krizového řízení a také základní pojmy krizového řízení. Dále je v teoretické části popsáno samotné onemocnění Covid-19, reprodukční číslo, možnosti vakcinace, pandemický plán a samotný průběh pandemie v ČR. Praktická část práce se zabývá průběhem pandemie v oblasti zdravotnictví. V praktické části byla použita metoda expertního rozhovoru, SWOT analýzy a analýzy What- if. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the Covid-19 pandemic in the field of healt care. The thesis covers crisis management in general, crisis legislation and basic concepts of crisis management. Furthermore, the theorical part describes the Covid-19 disease itself, the reproduction number, vaccination options, the pandemic plan and the actual course of the pandemic in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis deals with the course of the pandemic in the healtcare sector. In the practical part, the method of expert interview, SWOT analysis and What- if analysis was used. |
