dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na jednotky Aktivních záloh jako součásti ozbrojených sil České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj vzniku Aktivní zálohy a popsán rozdíl mezi zálohou a Aktivní zálohou a její další dělení. Práce rovněž obsahuje přehled hlavních legislativních změn, které byly schváleny v průběh roku 2023. Součástí teoretické části práce je popis aktuálního stavu výcviků a operačních nasazení u Aktivní zálohy. Poslední kapitolu této části tvoří porovnání systému záloh ve vybraných státech se systémem v České republice. V praktické části této práce je za použití dotazníkového šetření a následného zpracování odpovědí, navržen plán výcviků a odborných kurzů, pro zlepšení aktuálního stavu s cílem dosažení požadovaných stupňů vycvičennosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on units of Active Backups as part of the armed forces of the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part is described the development of the Active Backups and the difference between the Backups and the Active Backups and its further division. This chapter also includes changes in the legislation that were approved in 2023, these changes are described here. The current state of training and operational deployment is embodied in theoretical part of this diploma thesis. The final chapter of this section is a comparison of the system of army backups in selected countries and the Czech Republic. In the practical part of this thesis is designed, by using a questionnaire survey and subsequent processing of the answers, a plan of training and professional courses with main aim improving the current condition of achieving the required levels of training.
