dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku hodnocení odolnosti a zabezpečení měkkých cílů. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace, strategické a koncepční dokumenty, základní pojmy v oblasti bezpečnosti, metody a možnosti zvýšení bezpečnosti a odolnosti měkkých cílů. Práce zkoumá přístup ochrany měkkých cílů ve světě a uvádí několik příkladů útoků. Závěr je věnován identifikaci měkkých cílů v obci Uherský Ostroh a výběr konkrétního objektu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis zimního stadionu v Uherském Ostrohu, analýzu rizik, identifikaci těchto rizik a stanovení jejich priorit. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům na posílení stávajících bezpečnostních opatření stadionu s cílem zvýšení jeho odolnosti a bezpečnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of assessing the resilience and security of soft targets. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic information, strategic and conceptual documents, basic terms in the field of security, methods and possibilities for increasing security are presentedand resilience of soft targets. The work explores the approach of protecting soft targets in the world and presents several examples of attacks. The conclusion is devoted to the identification of soft targets in the village of Uherský Ostroh and the selection of a specific object. The practical part focuses on the description of the winter stadium in Uherský Ostroh, the analysis of risks, the identification of these risks and the determination of their priorities. The conclusion of the work is devoted to proposals for strengthening the existing security measures of the stadium with the aim of increasing its resistance and safety.
