dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vstřikování a výrobě plastového dílu. Teoretická část se zabývá technologií vstřikování, polymerními materiály a zásadami pro konstrukci plastových dílů. Praktická část je zaměřena na konstrukci a výrobu sestavy transparentního zacvakávacího madla. Její součástí je vyhotovení 3D modelů, provedení mechanických simulací a analýzy vstřikovacího procesu, prototypování a testování sestavy. Výstupem práce je vyhotovení výrobních výkresů, technologického postupu montáže a zhodnocení finálního funkčního kompletu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of injection molding and production of a plastic part. The theoretical part deals with injection molding technologies, polymer materials and principles for the construction of plastic parts. The practical part deals with the design and production of transparent snap-on handle assemblies. Part of the experiment is the creation of 3D models, the results of mechanical simulations, moldflow analysis, prototyping and assembly testing. The output of the work is the preparation of production drawings, the technological assembly procedure and the evaluation of the final functional set.
