dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá požárně bezpečnostním řešením novostavby rodinného domu. V teoretické části práce je popsána požární bezpečnost staveb, právní předpisy, rozdělení dokumentace požární bezpečnosti staveb, zabezpečením rodinného domu před požárem a řeší se také problematika zaměřená na povinnosti při zpracování odstupových vzdáleností. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétní novostavbě rodinného domu. Dále jsou použity dvě metody hodnocení jako první z nich je Ishikawa diagram a na základě jednotlivých problémů byla sestavena bodová polo-kvantitativní metoda PNH. V návaznosti na tato zjištění byly provedeny návrhy k ochraně a zabezpečení stavby.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the fire safety solution of a new family house. The theoretical part of the work describes the fire safety of buildings, legal regulations, division of documentatiton of fire safety of buildings, fire safety of a family house and also addresses the issue of obligations in the processing of spacing distances. The practial part devoted to a specific new construction of a family house. In addition, two assessment methods are used as the first one is Ishikawa diagram and based on the individual problems, PNH semi-quantitative scoring method was constructed. Following these findings, suggestions were made to protect and secure the building.
