dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá klíčovými aspekty spojenými s haváriemi při mírovém využití jaderné energie. V první části práce je vymezena terminologie a teoretická východiska související s využitím jaderné energie a jejími haváriemi. Dále je charakterizována oblast využití jaderné energie na národní i globální úrovni. Klíčovou částí práce je sestavení přehledu jaderných havárií, a provedení analýzy jejich příčin a následků. Výsledkem práce je návrh opatření, které mají za úkol předcházet haváriím, návrh opatření, které snižují dopady již nastalých havárií a návrh opatření proti zatajování havárií. K dosažení výsledků byly v práci použity výzkumné metody kvantitativní, kvalitativní a PESTLE analýzy, a dále pak metody syntézy a indukce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with key aspects related to accidents in peaceful uses of nuclear energy. The first part of my thesis defines the terminology and theoretical background related to the use of nuclear energy and its accidents. Then, the field of nuclear energy use is characterized at the national and global level. The key part of my thesis is to compile an overview of nuclear accidents, and to conduct an analysis of their causes and consequences. As a result, the thesis proposes measures to prevent accidents, measures to reduce the impact of accidents that have already occurred, and measures to prevent the concealment of accidents. To achieve the results, the thesis used research methods of quantitative, qualitative and PESTLE analysis, as well as methods of synthesis and induction.
