Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na sestavení dlouhodobého finančního plánu ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku finančního plánování v kontextu podnikového prostředí a zdůrazňuje význam dlouhodobého plánování. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost a provedena komplexní analýza jejího okolí pomocí metod, jako je PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, SWOT analýza či detailní finanční analýza, která hodnotí současnou finanční situaci ve společnosti. Ze získaných výsledků analýz a stanovených cílů podniku je sestaven dlouhodobý finanční plán ve třech variantních scénářů pro následující tři roky. Tyto varianty jsou následně vzájemně porovnány pomocí poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny jednotlivé varianty finančních plánů a popsán proces implementace plánu ve společnosti. |

This thesis is focused on the development of a long-term financial plan in a selected company. The theoretical part describes the issue of financial planning in the context of the corporate environment and emphasizes the importance of long-term planning. In the practical part, the selected company is introduced and a comprehensive analysis of its environment is performed using methods such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis or detailed financial analysis, which assesses the current financial situation of the company. From the results obtained from the analysis and the objectives set for the company, a long-term financial plan is drawn up in three alternative scenarios for the next three years is drawn up. These scenarios are then compared with each other using financial analysis ratios. In the conclusion of the thesis, the individual options of the financial plans are evaluated and the process of its implementation in the company is described. |
