dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem projektového managementu, logistiky a analýzy rizik. V první části jsou řešena teoretická východiska projektového managementu, logistiky, analýzy rizik a základů ekonomiky, která jsou dále použita pro praktickou část. Praktická část se skládá z analyticko-empirické části, kde je řešena analýza výchozího stavu společnosti XYZ s.r.o. a aplikační části, tedy vlastního projektu výstavby logistického centra.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Project Management, Logistics, and Risk Analysis. The first part of the thesis presents theoretical knowledge related to the topics and is used further for the practical part. The practical part consists of an analytical-empirical part, where the analysis of the initial state of the company XYZ s.r.o. and the application part, where the construction project of the logistic center is solved.
