dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu aktuálního stavu ochrany obyvatelstva ve vybrané municipalitě. Zvolenou úrovní municipality je obec. Na základě zvolené analýzy jsou následně představeny návrhy zlepšení aktuálního stavu. Cílem teoretické části je představit povinnosti obce v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Teoretická část obsahuje legislativní ukotvení ochrany obyvatelstva, představení základních náležitostí ochrany obyvatelstva v obci a úkoly obce v této oblasti. Zároveň jsou v teoretické části představeny použité analytické metody. Cílem praktické části je zhodnotit připravenost obce na identifikované hrozby a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení stavu na základě provedených analýz. Praktická část zahrnuje popis municipality včetně identifikace a soupisu rizik a jejich analýzy. Dále vyhodnocení současného stavu metodou checklist, vyhodnocení a navržení opatření pro zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the current state of population protection in the selected municipality. On the basis of the chosen analysis, proposals for improving the current state are subsequently presented. The aim of the theoretical part is to present the obligations of the municipality in the area of population protection. The theoretical part contains the legislative anchoring of the population protection, the presentation of the basic requirements for the population protection in the municipality and the tasks of the municipality in this area. At the same time, the analytical methods used are presented in the theoretical part. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate the village's preparedness for identified threats and propose measures to improve the situation based on the analysis carried out. The practical part includes a description of the municipality, including the identification and list of risks and their analysis. Furthermore, evaluation of the current state using the checklist method, evaluation and design of measures to improve the current state.
