Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat Projekt strategického plánu rozvoje města Bystřice pod Hostýnem. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část je zaměřena na popis obce jako základního článku územní samosprávy, následuje problematika regionální politiky. Dalším bodem teoretické části je popis SWOT analýzy a průběhu realizace strategického plánu. Analytická část popisuje nejprve situační analýzu města. Na základě této analýzy jsou stanoveny kritické oblasti města. Následuje vypracování SWOT analýzy k jednotlivým kritickým oblastem. V projektové části je navržen Strategický plán rozvoje města Bystřice pod Hostýnem, jeho finanční náročnost, způsob financování a následná realizace plánu. |

The aim of this diploma is to elaborate the project of creating a strategic plan for development of the town Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to a description of the town as a basic element of regional autonomy. It also discusses the issue of regional politics. Another point of the theoretical part is a description of SWOT analysis and of the strategic plan implementation process. Analytical part depicts, at first, the situational analysis of the town. In terms of the analysis, critical town areas are determined. SWOT analysis of single critical parts follows. In the project part, the strategic plan for development of the town Bystřice pod Hostýnem, its financial demandingness, the financing concept and the following plan implementation is proposed. |
