dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, zda má změna výše minimální mzdy a zaručené mzdy vliv na nezaměstnanost v České republice, Polsku, Maďarsku a na Slovensku, a to za využití makroekonomické analýzy. Práce sleduje vývoj parametrů minimální a zaručené mzdy spolu s vývojem nezaměstnanosti a následně analyzuje jejich vzájemný vztah spolu s přihlédnutím k celkové makroekonomické situaci v daném období. Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocení zjištěných skutečností a doporučení vztahující se k ustanovování minimální mzdy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis examines whether the change in the amount of the minimum wage and the guaranteed wage has an effect on unemployment in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, using macroeconomic analysis. The work follows the development of the parameters of the minimum and guaranteed wages together with the development of unemployment and then analyzes their mutual relationship together with taking into account the overall macroeconomic situation in the given period. The result of the work is an evaluation of the established facts and recommendations related to the establishment of the minimum wage.
