Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zásob ve společnosti MINEWORKS s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav zásob a navrhnout možnosti k zefektivnění řízení zásob. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku zásob, jejich ocenění, plánování, skladování, výrobu a distribuci. V praktické části je charakterizována daná společnost, používané materiály, včetně jejich plánování, příjmu, skladování, výroby a následné distribuce. V závěru bakalářské práce je navrženo doporučení na zefektivnění materiálových toků, vycházející z analýzy provedené v praktické části. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on inventory analysis in the company MINEWORKS s.r.o. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the current state of the inventory and to propose options to improve the efficiency of inventory management. The bachelor thesis divides into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of inventory, its valuation, planning, storage, production, and distribution. The practical part characterizes the company and the materials used, including their planning, receipt, storage, production, and subsequent distribution. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the recommendation proposes to improve the efficiency of material flows based on the analysis carried out in the practical part. |
