dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze výrobního procesu na lince vyrábějící autorádia. Analýza výrobního procesu zkoumá možnost změny personálního obsazení a další možnosti zlepšení efektivity a balance výroby. V závěru je shrnutí zjištěných skutečností a navržení dalších zlepšení.
