dc.description.abstract	Hlavním úkolem bakalářské práce je implementace sytému World Class Manufacturing na závodě HCC ve společnosti Liberty Ostrava a. s. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na popis principu "Výroba světové třídy" (WCM) v rámci, kterého popisuje metody Jednobodové lekce a Standardizace pracoviště jako součásti metodiky Six Sigma. Praktická část představí společnost Liberty Ostrava a. s. a výrobní závod 14 - válcovny. Je provedena analýza pracoviště výměny válců. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena zlepšení a optimalizace pracoviště zaměřené na zvýšení produktivity vybrané výrobní linky v souladu s principy metodiky WCM.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main task of the bachelor thesis is to implement the World Class Manufacturing system at the HCC plant of Liberty Ostrava, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on describing the principle of "World Class Manufacturing" (WCM) within which it describes the methods of One Point Lection and Workplace Standardization as part of the Six Sigma methodology. The practical part introduces the company Liberty Ostrava, a.s. and the production plant 14 - rolling mills. An analysis of the roll replacement workstation is performed. Based on this analysis, improvements and optimizations of the workplace are proposed, aimed at increasing the productivity of the selected production line in accordance with the principles of the WCM methodology.
