dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu účetních a daňových dopadů zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Cílem práce je poskytnutí uceleného přehledu o daňových a účetních dopadech konkrétních zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti a návrh vhodných úprav v systému poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů, který by mohl být využit jak manažery a vedením firmy, tak i přispět ke zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a definice související s problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů, dále jsou popsány způsoby poskytování benefitů a jejich klasifikace. V praktické části jsou analyzovány konkrétní benefity a jejich účetní a daňové dopady pro společnost a návrh řešení pro manažery a vedení firmy. Pro zpracování práce byly analyzovány a kombinovány různé zdroje informací, zejména literární prameny, články, internetové a další zdroje. Výsledkem práce je doporučení pro zaměstnavatele, jak aktualizovat konkrétní využívaný zaměstnanecký benefit a dále, jak udržovat celý systém poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů a zajistit tak správné účtování a daňovou optimalizaci poskytovaných benefitů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of accounting and tax implications of employee benefits. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the tax and accounting implications of specific employee benefits in the company and to propose appropriate adjustments in the system of providing employee benefits that could be used by managers and company management as well as contribute to increasing employee motivation. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts and definitions related to the issue of employee benefits, and describes the methods of providing benefits and their classification. In the practical part, specific benefits and their accounting and tax implications for the company are analysed and solutions are proposed for managers and management. Various sources of information were analysed and combined for the preparation of the thesis, in particular literary sources, articles, internet and other sources. The result of the work is a recommendation for employer on how to update the specific employee benefits used, as well as how to maintain the entire system of providing employee benefits to ensure proper accounting and tax optimization of the benefits provided.
