dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá návrhem materiálové skladby a procesu výroby součásti z kompozitních materiálů. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na přiblížení problematiky kompozitních materiálů. Zejména popisuje jejich skladbu, používané výrobní technologie a možnosti použití součástí z kompozitů v různých odvětvích. Neopomíná ani problematiku forem pro zaformování součástí z kompozitů při průběhu jejich výroby. Teoretická část také poodhaluje problematiku zkoušek a testování rámů jízdních kol z pohledu různých typů namáhání. Praktická část bakalářské práce popisuje návrh zvolené součásti, zabývá se materiálovou skladbou pro výrobu dané součásti. Součástí praktické části je rovněž návrh postupu výroby rámu odrážedla včetně návrhu výrobní formy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the material composition and the process of manufacturing components from composite materials. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on approaching the issue of composite materials. In particular, it describes their composition, the production technologies used and the possibilities of using components from composites in various industries. It does not neglect the issue of molds for forming components from composites during their production. The theoretical part also reveals the issue of testing of bicycle frames from the point of view of different types of stress. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis describes the design of the chosen part, deals with the material composition for the production of the given part. Part of the practical part is also the design of the production process of the bouncer frame, including the design of the production mold.
