Cílem diplomové práce je určit hodnotu podniku za pomocí vybraných metod a navrhnout investiční doporučení. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která obsahuje literární rešerši z oblasti finanční analýzy a valuace podniku a praktické části. Praktická část je zaměřena na realizaci strategické a finanční analýzy podniku, tvorbu finančního plánu za pomocí generátorů hodnot a konečnému ocenění podniků za pomocí dvou zvolených metod. Na základě zjištěné hodnoty je navrženo vhodné doporučení pro investory. |

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the company using selected methods and to propose investment recommendations. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which includes a literature search in the field of financial analysis and company valuation, and a practical part. The practical part focuses on conducting a strategic and financial analysis of the company, developing a financial plan using value generators and the final valuation of the companies using two selected methods. Based on the value obtained, a suitable recommendation to investor sis proposed. |
