dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na racionalizaci montážní buňky s cílem snížení spotřeby času u vybraných produktů. První část obsahuje literární rešerši jako podklad pro praktickou část a danou problematiku. Praktická část se skládá z analýzy montážní buňky a montážního procesu, dále je v ní obsažena projektová část vztahující se k navrhovaným řešením. V poslední části jsou zhodnocena navrhovaná řešení, včetně finančního vyjádření spolu s finanční návratností projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the rationalization of an assembly cell in order to reduce the production time of the selected products. The first part contains literary research as the base for a practical part and the topic. The practical part consists of an analysis of the assembly cell and the assembly process and includes the project part which is related to the suggestions. The last part is comprised of the evaluation of the suggestions, including financial evaluation with the financial return of the project.
