dc.description.abstract	Téma diplomové práce se zaměřuje na využití controllingu v příspěvkových organizacích. Cílem práce je navrhnout konkrétní nástroje controllingu, které podpoří ekonomické řízení vybrané organizace. Práce zahrnuje literární rešerši z oblasti controllingu a jeho nástrojů a vymezuje jeho využití při řízení příspěvkových organizací. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu využívání nástrojů controllingu v příspěvkové organizaci Dům kultury Uherský Brod. Na základě analýzy jsou navrženy možnosti zavedení nástrojů controllingu do systému ekonomického řízení vybrané příspěvkové organizace. Výsledkem práce je konkrétní návrh implementace nástrojů controllingu ve vybrané příspěvkové organizaci a identifikace přínosů takového kroku. Implementace těchto nástrojů může pomoci organizaci v dosažení zvýšení efektivity hospodaření a zlepšení řízení organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the diploma thesis focuses on the use of controlling in contributory organizations. The aim of the thesis is to propose specific tools of controlling that will support the economic management of the selected organization. The thesis includes a literature research in the field of controlling and its tools and defines its use in the management of contributory organizations. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of the use of controlling tools in the contributory organization Dům kultury Uherský Brod. On the basis of the analysis, the possibilities of introducing controlling tools into the economic management system of the selected contributory organization are proposed. The result of the work is a concrete proposal for the implementation of controlling tools in the selected contributory organization and identification of the benefits of such a step. The implementation of these tools can help the organization in achieving an increase in the efficiency of management and improving the management of the organization.
